Cordyceps sinensis grows only in highlands at an altitude of about 3800 meters above sea level, in the cold grassy meadows of the Himalayas.

It is one of the most famous mushrooms in the scientific world for its healing properties. Cordyceps sinensis is a mushroom with strong rejuvenating and regenerating power, it acts on all organs, but mainly on the kidneys, heart and brain. Also it is an excellent sexual tonic. It is considered an adaptogen, capable of increasing available energy and strength, and reducing fatigue.

The main ingredients it contains are:

Cordycepine, a purine nucleoside with antibiotic activity and antineoplastic properties, which can help inhibit neoplastic cells in general and leukemia in particular.

Ergosterol and ergosterol palmitate, are precursors of vitamin D2

Cordycepic acid, which can facilitate the entry of bioactive chemicals into the brain.

Sodium

Potassium

Calcium

Magnesium

Iron

Zinc

Vitamins B1, B2, B12, E, K,

Amino acids

Fatty acids

Over the years its use has been proposed against very different problems, from respiratory disorders such as cough and chronic bronchitis to those affecting the kidneys or liver, the need to urinate at night, male sexual dysfunctions, anemia, irregular heartbeat, high cholesterol, dizziness, weakness, tinnitus, unwanted weight loss, opium addiction. It is also taken to strengthen the immune system, improve athletic performance, fight aging, promote longevity and improve liver function in the case of hepatitis B.

It increases the levels of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) in the body by about 28%. ATP is the body’s main energy source and is necessary for all enzymatic processes. It is therefore also very useful for sportsmen as it increases physical endurance and aerobic performance times. In the elderly it improves the quality of sleep, energy, mood, breathing and even mental polish. There has also been evidence that Cordyceps improves male and female sexual function as it increases libido by regulating hormone levels. It is also an excellent support in the reduction or elimination of any antidepressants, which lead to an absence of libido, which is compromised precisely due to a strong stress on the nervous system.

Frequent disorders and use of Cordyceps:

Increased longevity

Increased energy

Diseases of the liver

Kidney disease

Coronary heart disease

Erectile dysfunction

Did you know that most of the vitamins on the market are produced in the laboratory and their composition is chemical (also called synthetic vitamins)?
Vitamins play a vital role in metabolism, development and life. According to research, due to the scarcity of nutrients present in foods of our times, most people need multivitamins to make the body compensate for the lack of nutrients that are absent. For this reason we often resort to supplements, vitamins etc. ..
Not all vitamins are the same, however!
Natural vitamins are made up of different elements such as enzymes, coenzymes, vectors and synergistic agents, which combine and cooperate with each other to achieve the desired biological effect. In foods, vitamins come in their natural form, containing all the necessary elements that optimize absorption. In general, synthetic vitamins are available in the market, which are chemically identical to natural ones, but do not have the same action as natural ones. As a consequence, synthetic vitamins do not behave in our bodies in the same way as natural ones and therefore, in order to fulfill their “mission”, they must subtract further elements from our organism.

In fact, our body is not able to recognize synthetic vitamins and process them as a natural element, and many times without knowing it is absorbed only a small part of them. To give an example, remember that synthetic Vitamin C is made up of ascorbic acid isolated and crystallized in the laboratory, while the natural one in addition to the ascorbic acid contains within it a compound of vitamin P, factor J, factor K, tyrosinase, Rutin, Bioflavonoids and Anthocyanins. When we assume that synthetic Vitamin C consists only of ascorbic acid (C6H6O6) will be necessary that it revenues from somewhere in our body (connective tissue) around the rest of the missing elements to make complete .f our body does not have sufficient reserves to supply it, ascorbic acid alone can not guarantee the benefits of vitamin C in its natural appearance.
To make the difference even better, it is interesting to note that synthetic vitamin C acidifies the body while the natural is alkaline. This is just one of the many differences that make us reflect, also mentioning that the intake of excessive amounts of synthetic ascorbic acid often aggravates the function of the kidneys. After all, the ideal would be to get the vitamin needs from food, or rather, a healthy and balanced diet. since the vitamins of food are accompanied by elements that synergistically complement each other by modulating and optimizing their bioavailability. If for any reason we fail to adequately satisfy our body through food and we must therefore resort to the integration of vitamins or supplements, we must pay attention to their constituents. As far as possible they must not contain chemically isolated elements. Ask for vitamins or nutrients of natural origin, such as plants, seeds, roots, fruits, algae, and medical herbs. The synthetic vitamins isolated in the laboratory are easily recognizable and are commonly referred to as: Vitamin A-retinol, Thiamine is B1, B2 riboflavin, B6 pyridoxine, B12 cyanocobalamin, D colecalciferol, Vitamin K and so on all others. If you prefer vitamins and their compounds from natural sources, make sure that the scientific name of the plant or food is indicated (eg wheat germ, fish oil, willow, acerola, millet, algae …) as well as the quantity and concentration of the elements contained, as well as the processing mode and the production batch.
Our body recognizes, processes and assimilates in a direct way the natural vitamins deriving every benefit.
Recall that no laboratory has ever been able to build the vitamin as it is found in nature.
Nature implements magnificence and rewards us abundantly when we adapt to it.
